1. Share via the Share icon
Click the Share
icon at the top of your Google Form to invite others to collaborate or respond.
2. Enter email addresses and set permissions
Add email addresses in the field provided. Use the dropdown to choose access level — Responder
or Editor
.
3. Add an optional message
Include a personalized message to explain the purpose of the form or provide context to editors or responders.
4. Customize access permissions
Choose how the form is shared under Editor view
and Responder view
. You can select Restricted
, allow access to your organization, or choose Anyone with the link
.
5. Copy and share the responder link
Click Copy responder link
to copy the form’s shareable URL. You can distribute this via email, Slack, chat, or other channels.
6. Embed your form on a website
Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner and select Embed HTML
. This generates an iframe version of your form.
7. Adjust and copy the embed code
Modify the pixel width and height if needed, then click Copy
to add the iframe to your clipboard for use in a website.
