Effective Date: December 3, 2025
This AI Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements your Terms of Service or other agreement (“Terms”) with Arcade Software, Inc. ("Arcade"). By accepting this AI Software AI Addendum, providing Input to any AI Features, or using any AI Features, you agree to be bound by this AI Software AI Addendum. Except as set forth below, the AI Features are considered a part of the “Service” under the Terms and all other terms and conditions of the Terms are incorporated by reference and will remain in full force and effect. If any terms of this AI Software AI Addendum conflicts with the Terms, the conflicting terms of the AI Software AI Addendum will control with respect to the AI Features and Input and output. The AI Software AI Addendum supersedes all other understandings or agreements between you and Arcade regarding the AI Features.
IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AI SOFTWARE AI ADDENDUM ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO BIND THE ENTITY TO THESE TERMS, IN WHICH CASE “CUSTOMER” OR “YOU” (WHETHER OR NOT CAPITALIZED) MEANS THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE AI SOFTWARE AI ADDENDUM YOU SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THIS AI SOFTWARE AI ADDENDUM AND MAY NOT USE ARCADE’S AI FEATURES.
AI Features use artificial intelligence to enhance your Arcades, including:
- AI-assisted text generation for titles, captions, and marketing copy
- Voice synthesis and narration
- Automated image and video generation with voiceovers and captions
Arcade may introduce additional AI Features from time to time.
AI Features may be made available to your workspace on a phased basis. You will be notified when AI Features become available for your use.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to AI Features, including text, images, brand settings, and other data ("Input Data"). Input Data is considered Content under the Terms.
Arcade and our AI service providers process Input Data to provide AI Features and generate the outputs you request. As between you and Arcade, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own Input Data and the output. You grant Arcade a license to use Input Data as necessary to provide the AI Features, publish and display Input Data within the AI Features, to provide support for the AI Features, enforce Arcade’s or its licensors’ policies, prevent fraud, comply with applicable law, and maintain the safety and security of the AI Features. The output may not be unique, and the AI Features may provide the same or similar output to other users. You will need to make your own determination regarding the intellectual property rights you have in output and its commercial usability, taking into account, among other things, your usage scenarios and the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
Arcade does not use Input Data from any customer to train any AI models. In particular, Input Data from your workspace will not be used to:
- Train AI models that are used by Arcade or any other Arcade customer
- Improve outputs for other Arcade customers
- Provide insights or recommendations to other Arcade customers
If Arcade later offers a different option to train or fine-tune a model using your data, that feature will be: (a) clearly described at the time of enablement, and (b) made available only on an explicit opt-in basis under additional or updated terms.
Arcade configures the AI Subprocessors identified in Section 3 to use privacy-preserving and no-training modes where available. Unless Customer expressly approves otherwise in writing, AI Subprocessors:
- Process Input Data solely to generate the requested output for your workspace
- Do not intentionally use Input Data to train or improve their own AI models
- Retain Input Data only to the extent necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or comply with contractual or legal requirements, and never longer than reasonably required for those purposes
Arcade may store Input Data and generated outputs within the Service to support product functionality for your workspace; however, such stored data is not used to train AI models unless explicitly enabled by Customer under separate terms.
If enabled, Arcade may use your workspace's previously published Arcades to personalize AI outputs for your workspace.
You may request deletion of Input Data and AI-generated outputs. Arcade will delete this data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to applicable legal, backup, or operational constraints.
Arcade uses certain third-party infrastructure and model providers (“AI Subprocessors”) to deliver the AI Features described in this Addendum. AI Subprocessors process Input Data solely to generate the requested output for your workspace.
A complete and current list of AI Subprocessors is provided in Appendix A to this Addendum.
Arcade may update Appendix A from time to time as necessary to support the AI Features. Continued use of the AI Features following such updates constitutes acceptance of the updated list.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before publishing or distributing it. You shall conduct a human review as legally required and/or as appropriate prior to using any AI outputs. AI outputs may:
- Contain errors or inaccuracies
- Be incomplete or inappropriate
- Require editing or fact-checking
- Not comply with your specific legal or regulatory requirements
You are responsible for ensuring AI outputs comply with:
- Applicable laws and regulations
- Third-party intellectual property rights
- Your own acceptable use policies
Without limiting the disclaimers in the Terms, AI Features are provided "as-is." Arcade does not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific purposes.
For the avoidance of doubt, the limitation-of-liability provisions in the Terms governing your use of the Service apply in full to the AI Features.
Arcade may update this Addendum from time to time. The current version and effective date are available at arcade.software/ai-terms.
For material changes that reduce your rights or increase your obligations, we will provide advance notice. Continued use of AI Features after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Without limiting the foregoing, we may elect to charge a fee for use of the AI Features at any time.
You may disable AI Features if you do not agree to material changes.
To the extent applicable, update procedures follow the amendment terms in the Terms or other governing agreement with Arcade.
