1. Use keyboard shortcuts to undo edits
In your Notion document, press Cmd + Z
on Mac or Ctrl + Z
on Windows to undo typing, block moves, deletions, or property changes instantly.
2. Open Page History from the page menu
Click the ...
(three dots) icon in the top-right corner of any page to access more options.
3. Select Version history
Choose Version history
from the dropdown to see a list of saved page versions.
4. Choose a previous version
In the Version history panel, click a past version to preview its content and changes.
5. Click Restore to revert
Hit the Restore
button in the top-right to replace the current version with the one you've selected.
6. Confirm the restore action
A dialog box will appear—click Restore
again to finalize the change and revert your document.
7. Restore deleted pages from Trash
Click the Trash
icon in the left sidebar to open your deleted pages list.
8. Recover a page from Trash
Find the deleted page and click the Restore
icon next to its name to bring it back into your workspace.
