1. Open Google Calendar and select your calendar
Go to calendar.google.com, locate your calendar in the left sidebar, and click the More options icon (three dots) next to it.
2. Access calendar sharing settings
Select Settings and sharing to manage who can view or edit your calendar.
3. Find the sharing section
Under Settings for my calendars, click the Shared with section to open sharing options.
4. Add people to share with
Under the Shared with options, Click on Add people and groups.
5. Enter email addresses or names
In the Add email or name field, enter the email addresses or names of the people you want to share your calendar with.
6. Set permissions
Click Permissions to choose how much access each person should have (view, edit, manage).
7. Share your calendar
Click Send to share your calendar and notify the selected individuals.
