1. Open Google Calendar and find your event
Go to calendar.google.com, sign in, then click the event you want to cancel.
2. Click the Delete icon
In the event pop-up window, click the Delete
(trash can) icon to start the cancellation.
3. Add a cancellation message (optional)
If prompted, enter a message explaining the reason for cancellation. This message will be sent to attendees.
4. Click Send to notify attendees
Choose Send
to confirm the cancellation and share the message with invited guests.
