How to Hide Completed Tasks in Asana

Want to declutter your Asana project view? Follow these steps to filter out completed tasks and focus only on what's still in progress.

1. Select the project from the Projects sidebar
First select the Asana project from the Projects sidebar.

2. Click the Filter button
In the task list toolbar, click the Filter button to open filtering options.

3. Choose the Incomplete tasks filter
Under Quick filters, select the Incomplete tasks filter.

4. Save the filtered view (optional)
Optionally, you can save this filter view by clicking the Save view button.

5. View only incomplete tasks
Now only incomplete tasks will be shown in your project view.
