How to Add Someone to a Notion Page

Need to collaborate in Notion? Here’s how to add someone to a Notion page, invite multiple people, and assign the right permission level.

1. Open the page and click the Share button
Go to the Notion page you want to share, then click the Share button located in the upper-right corner of the page.

2. Type an email address under Invite
In the input field under Invite, enter the email of the person you want to add. You can invite both workspace members and external guests.

3. Add multiple people
Click the input field again to add more people to your invite list before sending.

4. Choose permission levels for each group
Click the dropdown to set access: Full access, Can edit, Can comment, or Can view. Tip: invite users in batches based on their permission needs.

5. Click Invite to send
Once you're ready, click the Invite button. Notion will send email invites to everyone on your list.
