
1. Open the project and click Customize
Open the Asana project you want to create a form for, then click Customize in the top right corner.
2. Add a form from the Customize menu
In the Customize dropdown menu, click Add, then choose Forms.
3. Create a new form
Click the + Add button to create a new form.
4. Name your form and add questions
Give your form a name and description. Click + New question to add additional questions to the default name and email fields.
5. Expand to long text input (optional)
Turn a short text answer into a long text answer by clicking the Expand arrow icon.
6. Preview the form
When you're finished adding questions, click View form to preview your form.
7. Publish the form
Click the Publish button to publish the form.
8. Add teammates to share your form (optional)
You can share your form by adding teammates’ names or emails directly.
9. Share via link or internal tools
Click Share form when finished adding recipients. You can also copy the link to share it in Slack, Teams, your knowledge base, or anywhere your team collaborates.
