How To Add Buffer Time in Calendly

Want to avoid back-to-back meetings in Calendly? Follow these steps to add buffer time before or after your scheduled events.

1. Open the Scheduling tab
Start by going to the Scheduling tab in Calendly and selecting the event where you'd like to add buffer time.

2. Access more options
Click on More options to access advanced scheduling settings for your selected event.

3. Go to Limits and buffers
Select the Limits and buffers section to manage buffer times and event limits.

4. Set buffer time
Click on the + Set buffer time option to begin customizing your buffers.

5. Choose before and after time
Open the Before event dropdown to choose how much time you want before each meeting, then set an After event buffer as well.

6. Save changes
Click Save changes to apply your new buffer time settings to the event.
