1. Open your form in Editing mode
Log in to PandaDoc and open the document or form where you want to add a signature block. Make sure you're in Editing
mode.
2. Add a Signature field for the sender
From the right-side content panel, find the Signature
field under the Fillable Fields
section. Drag and drop it where the sender needs to sign.
3. Add a Signature field for the recipient
Repeat this step to drag and drop another Signature
field where the signer should sign.
4. Assign the Signature field to a role
Click the Signature
field and use the dropdown to assign it to the correct role (e.g., Client
, Signer 1
, etc.).
5. Add supporting fields (optional)
To complete the signature block, optionally drag in fields like Date
or Initials
from the Fillable Fields panel.
6. Invite recipients or collaborators
When finished editing, click Invite
to add recipients or internal collaborators who need to review or sign the form.
7. Send your document
You can also click Send
to email the form, send via SMS, or copy the public URL to your clipboard for manual sharing.
