1. Open your Excel worksheet
Launch Excel and open the file where one or more columns are hidden from view.
2. Select the entire sheet
Click the triangle icon in the top-left corner between A and 1 to highlight all rows and columns.
3. Right-click a column letter
With the sheet selected, right-click on any visible column letter in the header row.
4. Choose Unhide from the menu
In the dropdown menu, click Unhide
. All previously hidden columns will now be visible.
5. (Optional) Use the Format menu to unhide columns
You can also go to the Home
tab, click Format
in the Cells group, and select Unhide Columns
under Hide & Unhide.
